ORIGIN & AMBITION
The Indigenous peoples named Deondo the protected bay of Toronto where trees grow from the water. Inspired by a region marked by lakes, forests, and waterways, we have trademarked DEONDO as it drives us to do good for the people and the land where we work.
Our goal is to offer building land in the beautiful countryside of Kawartha and Trent Lakes, northeast of Toronto. It should provide a sense of good living and a new feeling of security and freedom.
Our region: a paradise for leisure and sport, but also for remote work.
